Cats and small dogs (under 20 lbs.) are allowed at this residence provided they are respectful of their neighbors, and properly house-trained. A one time fully refundable pet deposit fee of $350 is charged. We do require that you please arrange to have carpets professionally cleaned to remove possible allergy producing pet dander.

All new residents must be approved by our property manager Willaim Gross and agree to terms as set forth.

For complete terms and conditions please contact William. Lawn, landscaping and building exterior are maintained by tenants, unless noted otherwise. Tenants are responsible for their own expenses, such as but not limited to gas, electric, water, telephone and video services.

The Property operates with full compliance with Georgia Law regarding Tenant Lease Agreements. Property owners, and property management not responsible for residents personal belongings. It is highly recommended that tenants acquire renters insurance.

A portion of the proceeds of this rental unit go to supporting rescued pets and animal rescue facilities.
